Registered address is Viale San Domenico snc, 03039 Sora (FR), Italy.
The company's warehouse shares the same location.  All shipments depart from this warehouse.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Our website is intended for use by consumers; that means people who want to buy our products for personal use and not for any business purpose.

PRICES

The prices on our website are inclusive of Italian VAT but exclusive of local taxes, import duties, and clearances. Such additional fees might apply to customers resident outside the EU.

DELIVERY TIME:

We currently deliver to anywhere in the world.  We ship all stocked items on the same day of the order.

• We deliver all stocked items to any country within the EU within 2-4 working days.
• We deliver all stocked items to any country outside the EU within 7-10 working days.
• Expected delivery time for items on pre-order status is 15 working days or less.

All orders will be associated with detailed tracking information.

An invoice will be issued at the time of shipment. Customers will be able to download the invoice while tracking the order.
