TheBestBabyCatalog.com is a trade name for La Nuova Culla del Bimbo SRL.

Our company complies with the European Legislation on Consumer Rights (Directive 2011/83 / EU) concerning the right to withdraw and return.

UNWANTED ITEMS:

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges):

• The customer can return any item purchased from thebestbabycatalog.com for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• The product must be in the same unused condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.
• The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless agreed or negotiated differently. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item to be returned is appropriately protected from damages during transportation.
•The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected by our service department. Refunds will be applied against the payment method used to purchase the item.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to change or cancel your order please email us at info@thebestbabycatalog.com. Always include your name and order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

A 15% restocking fee applies if the item had been requested from the supplier specifically to fulfill the order.

If the product has not been dispatched and more than 20 business days have passed from the date of order, the cancellation fee is lowered to 10%. If more than 40 business days have passed, the cancellation fee is 7%.

Note: for international deliveries, we cannot recall packages already shipped out.  The standard returns process will need to be followed, i.e. accept delivery, then return the product. Please do not refuse delivery, because a stoppage fee and return shipment cost could be deducted from the refund.
