DELIVERY ISSUES: 

 

DAMAGES

We are responsible for any damage incurred during transportation and we will replace free of charge the whole damaged product or its relevant components.  Please contact us at info@thebestbabycatalog.com if you received a damaged item. You might be asked to send images or a short video supporting the claim.

MISSING ITEMS

In some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If at the time of delivery you find that part of your order is missing, please wait not less than 2 further working days before contacting us, as the other parcel(s) may still be in transit.

 

WARRANTY:

All products purchased at TheBestBabyCatalog.com come with a 2-year warranty - this will start from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will replace free of charge the whole defective product or its relevant components. When this is not feasible, a full or partial refund will be offered to and negotiated with the customer.

Each case will be investigated individually, and the manufacturer might also be involved to advice on the most appropriate course of action.

To help our Customer Service department, customer might be asked to send images or a short video supporting the claim.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The manufacturer’s warranty only covers against manufacturing defects and does not cover the following:

-normal wear and tear
-misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
-maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user’s guide
-failure to follow the instructions in the user’s guide
-abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
-modification or alteration of the product
-air transportation or freight damage
-damage to tires such as holes, punctures or tears
-mounting or installation of third party products such as buggy boards that are not recommended by the manufacturer

Please note that while this list is inclusive it is not exhaustive.

ITEMS OUT OF WARRANTY:

Even if the warranty has expired, we will aim to assist you by contacting the manufacturer and obtaining a quote for repair, replacement or spare parts. Please get in touch with us at info@thebestbabycatalog.com with your request.
