DELIVERY TIME

For all items immediately available, shipment takes place on the same day of the order.

For each shipment, we will select the most appropriate courier depending on the country of destination, weight and volume of the parcel(s). Our current portfolio of couriers includes Fedex, UPS, SDA, TNT, EMS, DPD.

For orders directed to anywhere in the European Union:

  • Order processing time is 1 working day
  • Transit time is between 1 and 3 working days
  • Expected delivery time for items on pre-order status is 15 working days or less


For orders directed outside the European Union:

  • Order processing time is 1 working day
  • Transit time is between 4 and 6 working days
  • Expected delivery time for items on pre-order status is 15 working days or less

 

All orders will be associated with detailed tracking information.

 

SHIPPING FEES

TheBestBabyCatalog is proud to offer a free shipping policy within the EU and to the UK.  Few exceptions apply, and only for particularly bulky items.

A delivery charge to any other country will be applied at checkout, reflecting the following table:

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Details of these charges can be obtained from local Customs & Excise offices.  It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the relevant information.


USEFUL INFORMATION:

  • If the recipient is not at home on the day of the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a card so that delivery can be rearranged at a convenient time; alternatively, the courier may leave the parcel at a collection point.
  • Invoice will be issued at the time of shipment. Customer will be able to download the invoice while tracking the order.
  • Some bulky or heavy items are only available for delivery within the EU.
