For all items immediately available, shipment occurs on the same day of the order.

For each shipment, we will select the most appropriate courier depending on the country of destination, weight, and volume of the parcel(s). Our current portfolio of couriers includes FedEx, UPS, SDA, TNT, EMS, and DPD.

For orders directed to anywhere in the European Union:

  • Order processing time is 0 - 1 working day.
  • Transit time is between 1 - 3 working days.
  • Expected delivery time for items on pre-order status is 15 working days or less.

For orders directed outside the European Union:

  • Order processing time is 0 - 1 working day.
  • Transit time is between 4 - 6 working days.
  • Expected delivery time for items on pre-order status is 15 working days or less.

All orders will be associated with detailed tracking information.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

  • If the recipient is not at home on the day of the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a card so that delivery can be rearranged at a convenient time; alternatively, the courier may leave the parcel at a collection point.
  • An invoice will be issued at the time of shipment. Customers will be able to download the invoice while tracking the order.
  • Some bulky or heavy items are only available for delivery within the EU.
